President of the El Paso County Bar Assoication in 2010-2011 and the Chairman of the local Probate Section of the Bar Association 2001-2002, he has achieved the hishest rating for legal ability from the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory and has been listed in its Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since 1998. Hank is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the National Association of Elder Law Attornerys. He was admitted to practice in Colrado in 1972, and admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States in 1977.
