For over forty years, in Colorado Springs, Hank Eastland has helped solve legal problems for his clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trusts, and litigation involving Wills and Trusts. As the senior population of Colorado Springs increased, his practice expanded to include Guardianships and Conservatorships for mentally incapacitated adults.
A graduate of Cornell University Law School in Ithaca, New York, he received his undergraduate degree from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was valedictorian of his class. President of the El Paso County Bar Assoication in 2010-2011 and the Chairman of the local Probate Section of the Bar Association 2001-2002, he has achieved the hishest rating for legal ability from the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory and has been listed in its Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since 1998. Hank is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the National Association of Elder Law Attornerys. He was admitted to practice in Colrado in 1972, and admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States in 1977.
